The platform
8 capabilities · 1 needs the phone
Philview is a property platform built for one estate — Malolos Heights — rather than a generic listings feed. PMDI markets both the house designs and the estate lots themselves, and this covers the whole path: finding a home or a parcel, seeing how it would be furnished, booking a viewing, and following the money afterwards.
Capabilities
Each one, with the limits stated. The limits are the part worth reading — they are what the system genuinely commits to.

Point your phone at the room and put a sofa, a bed or a dining set where it would actually go. Models are placed at real-world scale, so a piece that does not fit does not fit on screen either. Save the layout, then ask PMDI to review it.
Android only, and interior furnishing only — Philview does not model structural or exterior changes.
Philip answers from PMDI’s own records — properties, your appointments, your account — and can open the right screen or start a booking for you. Anything that changes a real record asks you to confirm first.
Philip never approves anything and never quotes a price or policy it cannot source. Decisions stay with PMDI staff.
The plan is registered onto the map at its true position, so what you see is where it is. Availability is read from live records rather than from the drawing, which means a parcel that sold this morning shows as sold this afternoon. PMDI markets the land itself as well as the house designs, so a lot is something you can enquire about in its own right.
Looking and enquiring only. No parcel can be held, reserved or paid for online — PMDI staff handle every reservation.
Photograph a home, a façade or a magazine page and Philview ranks the catalogue by visual similarity, which is faster than guessing which filter describes what you have in mind.
See the contract price, what you have paid, what is left and when the next payment falls due. Buy a second property and it gets its own schedule rather than blurring into the first.
Viewing only. Philview processes no payments of any kind — settlement stays with PMDI directly.
Pick a property or an estate lot, choose a time, and the request goes to the right department. You see it move from pending to confirmed, and you are notified when it does.
Submit the request in the app; the accountant approves, rejects or marks it delivered, and the reason comes back to you in writing rather than over the phone.
A person prepares and issues every document. Nothing is generated automatically.
Philview uses maker-checker separation of duties: the person who submits a sensitive change is never the person who approves it. That is why a figure you see in your account can be trusted — it passed through two sets of hands.
Staff-facing. Customers see the result, not the approval queue.
Android app
Furniture placement needs a camera, so it is Android only. The app also carries the site plan, image search, Philip, your appointments and your balance. Scan the code, or open the link on the device you want it on.
Browsing the estate — its house designs and its lots — needs no account. You only sign in once you want to save a property, book a viewing or follow a purchase.
