The drawing itself
Malolos Heights Estate, from PMDI’s own subdivision plan. Philview registers this sheet onto the map at its true position, then draws every parcel on top of it from live records. The printed sheet carries no availability at all — a drawing is only ever right on the day it was printed — so these three colours are the map’s key, and what they mark changes the day a parcel sells.
